okay, first of all, 15 in language isn't enough for a written form, that would come into play around 20, and 20 in telepathy would allow mental suggestion, which would be more along the lines of controlling non-sentient creatures or simply planting the subconscious idea into sentient beings. You should also give an idea of how dexterous the grasping appendages would be, since that is part of the stat as well. As for technology, Rush is right, your jumping over a little bit. I can see stone working this early, but for buildings would need a few more technologies and access to certain supplies. Making paper is right out. First of all, your race hasn't even grasped exactly what simply carving wood is about, I'm not sure how they would go about processing that into paper. I'll change the things that need a bit of clarification to red for you.

I was thinking that before, but I just wasn't sure... I guess at a second opinion I should ask that it be changed too. As for pyrokinesis, Rush payed 15 for the ability to make fire, I can't let you do that at 7
